Dr. Jeffry Parker
All too often it's the doctor who gets information about the patient, and the patient receives little information about the doctor and his or her practice. I would like to change that.
My name is Jeffry Tyrus Parker and I was born in Ogden, Utah and raised near Cape Cod, Massachusetts. I attended Los Angeles College of Chiropractic and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1981. I have a beautiful, intelligent, passionate wife, an accomplished, caring daughter, a fine son-in- law, and an inquisitive, happy granddaughter and wonderful grandson. My Zen master cat Nikita always starts and ends my day on a good note. I am passionate about road cycling, traveling and learning about the world we share.
While growing up I witnessed my mother's desperate search for solutions to unrelenting abdominal pain and a downward spiral of her general health. For years, I watched her go from one medical office to another in search of answers. It was frightening to observe my father's sense of helplessness and my mother's desperation. I remember thinking to myself that my mother was losing her will to live and I, too, felt helpless. The turning point was when my mother had a complete recovery with natural healing through chiropractic and nutrition. Watching my mother's remarkable recovery inspired me to visit my cousin, a chiropractor specializing in natural health care. I was touched by the love and caring he showed for his patients and the astounding results he was getting with natural methods. He was a great example of professionalism, service and love for his fellow man. His office overflowed with patients seeking a way out of their suffering. This inspired me to help others in the same way.
I've chosen to devote my life to the healing arts. It engenders in me a desire to give back. I feel an urgent calling to this profession. I am grateful I did so because I have witnessed miracles in my patients' lives. Sick, injured, broken bodies and spirits have recovered and soared. It is extraordinary to witness these changes.
I believe in the principles of alternative healing which are: do no harm; the body heals itself the inside out; the power that made the body heals the body. Every year I seek out additional education to ensure that I am providing the best and most effective treatments for you the patient. I believe, with all my heart, in how I practice and always strive to improve it. I believe I give an excellent service for a fair fee. We're living in extraordinarily challenging times and our need for strength and vitality in mind, spirit and body, has never been greater. If you have friends or family members who could benefit from my services, I am here to help.
The purpose of the clinic is to effectively support your healing and wellness in a fun, warm and nurturing environment. What makes this practice unique is our belief that your concerns are our concerns. Your healing is our healing and this is a journey that we make together. My personal promise to you is that my team and I will always listen, strive and extend ourselves to help you along your path of health.

Dr. Skylar W. Bakko
My name is Dr. Skylar Bakko and I was born and raised in Marysville, MI. I went to college at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa and graduated Cum Laude in February 2012. The most important thing in the world to me is my family. I am extremely close with my parents and both sisters. I am passionate about participating in sports, playing music and any cuisine.
I originally was inspired to be a healing practitioner by my childhood Applied Kinesiologist/Chiropractor. I always feel blessed for having the opportunity to receive regular holistic care starting from a young age. As I grew older, so did my passion for natural health. The turning point was when I found out that this form of alternative care could not only fix more than just back and neck pain, but it could do so naturally, the way nature intended us to heal. Chiropractic helped me regain my health and strength time and time again, and I wanted to be the one my community sought for their health and strength. I love the art and technique of chiropractic so much that it is actually fun for me. The best feeling in the world, to me, is knowing I helped change someone’s life by restoring their own healing potential.
I’ve chosen to devote my life to the healing arts because I want to change the world one person at a time by optimizing their health. I am grateful to have been blessed with the knowledge and skill to help people with a combination of my heart and my own two hands. I am also grateful I chose this path because I truly feel I have found my calling. It’s such an emotionally and spiritually rewarding path. It is challenging, ever evolving and a constant learning experience.
I believe with all my heart in the principles of alternative healing: which are 1) we all are born with a divine intelligence, the intelligence to self-regulate and self-heal. 2) The body should be maintained and healed using natural methods as much as possible. 3) Also, when love and skill are combined, expect a masterpiece.
I believe in all my heart how I practice and always strive to improve it. I believe I give an excellent service for a fair fee. I truly want to help people. I want you to refer and continue to refer patients to me because I truly love helping people. I work hard, I’m constantly seeking additional education and am dedicated to serving everyone who seeks me for help. My absolute goal with every patient is to purely love and serve them.
The whole purpose of this clinic is to be a beacon of hope for the community in need. Its purpose is to serve its community. Its purpose is to not only maintain health but to give life back to those in need. Beyond our highly successful and unique approach, what seems to make this practice so special is that we genuinely listen to and love each and every one of our patients. My personal promise to you is to always love you, to serve you, to help you and always provide you with kindness and inner healing. If you have friends and family who either need help, are looking to maintain their health or even looking to excel in their performance, I am here to help.

Dr. Timothy Dugas
My name is Dr. Timothy Dugas and I used to be a patient right here at Parker Wellness Center. I first met Dr. Jeffry Parker in the summer of 2011. At the time, I was having debilitating back pain to the point that I was unable to rise from a seated or lying position without having sharp and shooting pains travelling down into both of my legs. The healing process that I had was so profound, that I found myself really excited to go to all of my scheduled appointments. I became extremely interested in all of the techniques that Dr. Parker was doing, how my body was responding, and ultimately began to ask why this was happening with my body. It was at that point that I began to realize that the body can in fact heal itself from the inside out. At the time, I was a commercial real estate broker and was having a difficult time finding the success that I had prior to the financial markets collapse in the fall of 2008. One day, Dr. Parker asked me if I was really feeling real estate, and that answer was “no!” He then asked me what I wanted to do, and that answer was “I don’t know!” He finally asked me what I would do if money didn’t matter, and that answer was “if money didn’t matter, I would go back to school to finish what I started when I was younger, and become a chiropractor so that I could help people!”
After spending the next 2 years taking undergraduate science courses in medical biology, anatomy, and physiology I enrolled at Life Chiropractic College West where I received my Doctorate in Chiropractic and graduated Magna Cum Laude.
While at Life West, I became very interested in the practice of Upper Cervical Specific Chiropractic very early in my studies. I became enamored with the idea of treating the cause, not the symptom. I just had to know if you could in fact make holistic changes to the body and thus allowing the body to heal from above, down, inside, out by working primarily with the top 2 vertebrae in the cervical spine. Needless to say, but I have been so fortunate to see many, many people heal as well as awaken to the ideas of holistic and vitalistic wellness.
While at school and continuing to this day, I train with the Upper Cervical Revolution, which is an international group of doctors and students that practice and study the science, art, and philosophy of Knee Chest Upper Cervical Specific Chiropractic.
I have been extremely blessed and fortunate in life that I can proudly say that I am following my life’s dream. My personal mission is to help as many people as possible and to help elevate the consciousness of humanity.
I know that just “as a pebble thrown into a calm lake creates an ever-widening circle, so the action of energy in the direction of what is true creates the waves of a new culture.”
With open arms and a loving heart, welcome!
Dr, Timothy Dugas, DC
I, Mocha-Mystique Butkovich, am a certified massage therapist. I have had my own practice since 1998.
My life mission is to educate, inspire and motivate. I do this through the power of healing touch.
I began my studies at The Massage Therapy Institute in Denver, CO. The Massage Therapy Institute program provides 1,000 hours of education. This is double the time most programs demand. My massage certifications include Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Neuromuscular therapies.
My combined skills have enabled me to help clients who had a wide range of challenges. I have had excellent results with clients’ health and athletic issues. Essentially, many health issues are performance issues and athletic issues stem from a wellness shortfall.
My mission has driven me to succeed with clients from as young as 8 years to as mature as 87 years. I have participated in soccer, volleyball, basketball, track & field, swimming, weight lifting and multiple marathons. I have been fortunate enough to perform competitively at the professional level in soccer. My experience gives me unique insight into the needs of both the weekend warrior and the full time competitor. I understand the limitations facing the novice and the fine tuning needed by the expert athlete.
In 2004, I added the Ion Cleanse to my practice. I now introduce my clients to the cleansing power of detoxification. Addressing your toxic load is one of the most important decisions you can make. All systems in the body can be compromised by toxins from the Immune System to the Heart and Circulatory System.
Some forms of chronic pain resist even the most sophisticated massage techniques. In my search to add another edge for my client I discovered The Rossiter System of Workouts. If you have chronic pain and have “Been there. Done that.” with little or no relief, The Rossiter System succeeds where others fail. I have had great success with this two party stretching for pain relief.
Enjoy a session with me. Experience a massage like no other. Begin a thorough detox with the Ion Cleanse. Leave pain behind and step into a new body with the Rossiter work out.
Between you and me we will customize a better you through the Parker Wellness Team.
